District policy requires graduating seniors to be proficient or advanced on the Keystone Exams or attain the required score on the local assessment.
Last Day of School
The last day of school for seniors is June 5th.
Credit Check and Marching at Commencement
District policy requires all graduates to have completed 25 credits. Students may not participate in graduation ceremonies without having obtained the required number of credits, completing a senior projects, and meeting required course and testing requirements.
Fines and Hold Slips
In order to receive a diploma and a report card all hold slips and debts must be cleared or paid before graduation practice on Wednesday, June 6th.
Young men are reminded to register for the Selective Service at the age of 18. It’s the law. Please see you guidance counselor if you have any questions.
Congratulations to all seniors that have successfully completed and presented their senior projects. The senior project is a graduation requirement. Seniors will not be permitted to march at commencement if all requirements are not met. Time is running out. If you have not made an appointment to present, see Mrs. Baker as soon as possible.
All final exams and make-ups must be completed by June 5th. Check with your teachers for the specific schedule of test dates for each class.
Students should be sure to have all make-up work completed. Seniors will not be permitted to participate in graduation ceremonies if all outstanding assignments are completed.
Seniors should clean out lockers and remove all items by June 4th. On June 5th, school personal will clean out all senior lockers. Items in the lockers will be discarded.
Caps and Gowns
Students must by a cap and gown for commencement ceremonies. Caps and gowns may not be altered or decorated for ceremonies.

Seniors Last Day of School
Seniors will receive their immunization cards with their diplomas. The card should be kept in a safe place for future use. Students attending college out-of-state must have immunization records forwarded to the college that they plan to attend.
The State of Pennsylvania mandates that physical exams are to be completed during the 11th grade year. Students will not be permitted to graduate without this physical on file.
Medications/ Lost and Found Items
All medicines not picked up from the health room and all lost and found items will be discarded after June 11th.
The annual senior breakfast will be held prior to graduation practice on June 6th. Students attending the senior breakfast should report to the cafeteria at 7:45am.
- Commencement practice will be held on Wednesday, June 6th. Seniors should report to the auditorium at 9:00 am. Practice will last approximately two hours. Everyone must attend practice, plan accordingly.
- Commencement will place on June 8th at 7:00 pm in the auditorium.
- Tickets are required to attend commencement ceremonies. Tickets will be distributed after graduation practice on June 6th. If all tickets are not needed, please return them to the office. No one may pick up tickets for a student.
