Stress Relievers for the Beginning of School

Students maybe felling a little stressed for the beginning of the school year because we are learning and doing our assignments differently than the ways we usually did them. Some of the new ways and things we have to do may worry the student a bit as they may not know what to do or how to do it. But don’t worry their are many ways to relive your stress and calm you down like apps, activities, tips, and many other things that can calm down. Stress can cause negative affects like your focus and your health. With these easy ways and ideas you will be able to calm down and get back on track.

There are tons of activities people do to help relive their stress. One way is though productive activities like walking, jogging, and exercising. Not only will it help with stress but it can help you get in shape. Another way is by lighting a candle, a candle will help reduce stress because some candles have soothing scents like Lavender, Rose, and Bergamot. Sleeping can also reduce stress because if you are tired you are more likely to get more stressed than you already were before. Friends and family are also a very good stress reliever because social support can help you through stressing times and will always be there for you when you need them and being part of a friend network can give you a sense of belonging and self-worth which can also help you through tough times.

There are actually tons of apps that help you relive your stress and are easy to download on any device. Some apps is called Ambience apps these apps are ones that make calming noises with tons of sounds you can pick to listen too. Another app is one called Calm is one that tells calming stories and sounds too, it will also help you with other things like going to sleep. Another app is one called Headspace is another app that helps you relax, sleep, and meditate. The last app is Relax is one that makes calming music and sounds to help you sleep and relax.
