Uniontown Football Coaching Staff

The Uniontown Football Coaching Staff is brand new except the returning Keith Jeffries and Martin Gatti. I have set up a few questions to get to know the coaches new to the program. Questions were included such as what made you coach at Uniontown and do you already see a change in the program? The new head coach, Cedric Lloyd, has 30 years of total coaching he was at nine other schools in Indiana. He was then asked how he handles criticism from fans and parents. His response was he never listens it is all learning and getting better he got a plan and must work on it.

Keith Jeffries has coached at the University of Waynesburg for one year, then he came to uniontown for a total of 20 years and is still here. The reasons he coaches at Uniontown is he wanted to help his Alma Mater, also he received a full time coaching job. He believed that the tradition of Uniontown football will be a ongoing evolution for years to come. William Cossick coached at a middle school in West Virginia named Follansbee Middle School, where he coached offensive and defensive line. Coach Young has coached at total of 38 years he has coached football and a wrestling coach. He feels we are competing with every team we play.

The red raiders football program is trying to change the tradition of Uniontown football. The new coaching staff is working harder and harder. This coaching staff will make our school have more kids come out for the team. The team will produce and get better as a unit. Thank you for taking the time to read this article.
