The Fall 2019 film season started off with a bang. One film was Chapter Two, the anticipated sequel to It 2017. As of now there a have been seven more movie releases as of the fall season including The Goldfinch, Rambo: Last Blood and Downtown Abby, anticipated by moms everywhere. The only animated release thus far, Abominable.
The fall season has many more hits to come though has the release of the following blockbusters. The Joker on October 2nd and Frozen 2 on November 22nd. Netflix also has a line up on originals this season including, The Laundromat, Dolemite is My Name, and The King releasing in theaters October 11th and on Netflix November 1st. Other films coming in October include The Addams Family on the 11th, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil on the 18th, and the whole decade awaited Zombieland sequel, Zombieland: Double Tap.
Going into November we have the release of Harriet, Terminator: Dark Fate, and also studio A24’s newest film Waves on the same day. In November we are also getting Honey Boy an Amazon Studio original starring Shia LaBeouf, Charlies Angels, a new rebooted of the much rebooted 70’s TV show, A Beautiful Day in my Neighborhood and Documentary about Mister Rogers. To end the film season with some maybe hits maybe misses we have Playmobil: The Movie on the 6th, a film adaption of Cats the musical on the 20th. Highly talked about after the release of the trailer, and Star War: The Rise of Skywalker. The last movie of fall 2019 closes it with a bang with Little Woman on Christmas day.
