1962 Football WPIAL Champs

In 1962 The Uniontown Red Raiders football team won the WPIAL AA championship. They had an amazing undefeated season winning ten games. The red raiders had four shutouts that season, only letting there opponents score more then ten points one time.

The coaches of the 1962 WPIAL championship team were William Power,John Kruper, Joseph Yourchik,and Leon Kalneabach. The stadium is now named after coach Bill Power. The 1962 football squad will be remembered forever. They are the greatest team to wear maroon and white.
