Are students getting enough sleep? Ever since us students came back from online school to in person, students haven’t been getting enough sleep. Students still come to school sleepy. Some students bring energy drinks & coffee.
Maybe its because a lot of us students don’t have a good sleep schedule. After being online many kids would sleep during their online classes. But now that we are in school we have to wake up early to get to school.
In the last year It has become normal for students to go to bed around 1-3 am. This is a “normal” bedtime for teens. Then a lot of student wake up at 6-7 am to get ready for school. Not having enough sleep can cause students not to learn or do their work. What time do you go to sleep? Have you tried going to sleep earlier?
