Boys Baseball Sweep Ringgold

On May 2nd and third the boys baseball team played Ringgold. These games decided if the team would make playoffs or not. Beating them would end a ten year playoff drought. Coming off a win from the first game, everything was riding on the rematch.

The second game was played at Ringgold at 4. The boys baseball team started off strong, scoring 4 in the first. Ringgold retaliated and scored 3. We kept our momentum going and scored one in the second. We shut them out for the rest of the game. The final was 5-3. This game completed the sweep, and left us with a record of 6-4.

Wyatt Nehls, Tate Musko, Clay Dean, and Eric Odum all had hits. This game solidified our position in the playoffs for the first time in a decade. The upcoming games are against LH.
