City Transportation

UHS students were polled about bus transportation for city students. We asked fifty students their opinion on the city students walking to school. Out of fifty students, 92% feel that UHS should have buses for the city students.  The average walking times are:

  • 23/50 Students take 5-10 minutes
  • 12/50 Students take 10-15 minutes
  • 15/50 Students take 15-30 minutes

  1. When it is dark in the morning, walkers are at a severe and dangerous disadvantage. Bad weather causes its own set of problems. Perhaps a city bus route or two would improve attendance in poor weather and cold temperatures.
