Am I getting enough exercise?

It is very important to stay healthy. A great way to do that is by exercising! There are so many benefits to exercising. Exercising improves brain performance, it sharpens your memory, you get sick less often, and of course you’re burning calories! It is proven that exercise also improves your mood. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed.

Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And, when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores!

There are so many simple things you could do to exercise. Many things you can do at your own home, without going to the gym. You could simply take a 30 minute walk or jog. You could even ride a bike. I started doing things a few weeks ago and feel better already!
