Gym class online is extremely different. We start the first 30-45 minutes of class reading and going over a lesson. We then answer questions based off that lesson. After submitting our work we wait 5-10 minutes until everyone is complete and then begin our gym class. For the gym class we exercise for 20-30 minutes. The exercises you can do is up to you. Whether it’s going for a run or walk. In case you don’t know what to do, Mr. Scott turns on an exercising video for you follow along too. We also have to keep a workout log that’s due at the end of each lesson. After we workout there is 10-15 minutes left in the class period so we get that time to rest and do whatever till our next class or schools over.
