Make and follow a schedule! Since we have to stay home, it is easy to become unproductive. Creating a detailed daily run down will help motivate you. Set a certain time to complete school/work, clean, workout, cook, and focus on your mental health.
Spend time outdoors! Although we must quarantine and self distance, we are allowed to go outside to exercise. To combat cabin fever, exercise outside by going on a walk or doing a workout in your yard. The fresh air will be good for your health, physically and mentally.
Find a new hobby! Since sports have been cancelled indefinitely, many people have lost their biggest hobby, finding out what else you enjoy will really help pass time. Exploring your creative side is the easiest hobby that can be done indoors, such as painting and drawing.
