What do you teach and how long have you been at UHS?

“Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Advanced Placement US History, Life Lessons; 8 Years including student teaching.”

What do you enjoy about teaching at UHS?

“Working with students to help give them an advantage in life.”

Where did you attend college and where else have you worked?

“Penn State, California University of Pennsylvania, McDonalds (11 years), 4th runner-up shift certified manager of the year (twice.)

What are your reactions to the renovation?

“This seems like a place to spend the next 40 years or so.”

Do you have any advice for the UHS students?

“Do or do not do it, there is no try.” (Yoda)

What do you like to do in your spare time?

“Be a dad.”

  1. When i had to take microeconomics i thought it would be lame but you teach it in a fun way which makes me stay awake in class!

  2. I’ve had Mr. Brown for 9th grade civics and 12th grade microeconomics, and i’ve learned alot from him! Best teacher ever!

  3. If Mr. Brown was still in school, he’d be the most popular kid around. Prom king, dance king, my best friend.. All the good stuff

  4. My hand still hurts from the Civics notes freshman year, but I learned more in your class than any other. Thank you for the lessons, sir.

  7. Back in the day Mr. Brown gave grades to kids and mad them weep…but he teaches so good!, I cant go to sleep!!!

  11. Being a senior I have some pretty lame classes, but yours is probably the highlight of my day, and oddly enough I actually learn, well at least by U’town’s standards…

  12. This isn’t really an original comment, but your sweater vests are quite awesome. I wish I had a wardrobe half as awesome as yours.
