The boys basketball team played Laural Highlands on Tuesday, January 15th. The Mustangs came out on top in the big rival game.

The score was close throughout the game, but in the second quarter, the Mustangs took a big lead. In the second quarter, LH had a big 10 point lead over the Raiders. The rivals fought back and forth but the Mustangs kept the lead. The final score was 77-71.

It was a tough loss considering it was a cross town rival. That was the first conference loss for the Red Raiders. Both teams are now 5-1 in the conference. The Raiders are 11-2 on the season, and the Mustangs are 9-5.

Despite the loss, the Raiders still lead the all-time series, 58-40.
