What do you remember about your high school graduation?

“The thing I remember most about graduation is saying goodbye to most of my friends because I knew that we were all going our separate ways to different colleges.”

What do you miss most about high school?

“Mr. Scott’s Gym Classes and Mrs. Marzano’s Computer classes that I took my entire senior year.”

Are you continuing your education or working, or both?

“I am continuing my education at Waynesburg University where I am playing football and studying Criminal Justice.”

Do you feel that high school prepared you for your work now and what has been some surprising things about work/school?

“I feel that high school did an okay job preparing me for college material, but did not prepare me well enough for the workload I receive in one semester of college. One really surprising thing about school is the amount of free time I have outside of Football season.”

Are you friends with the same people from high school and have you made new friends?

“I have made a lot of new friends whether they are on the football team,in my dorm,or just around campus but I see get to see  my friends from high school occasionally, so I still have a few very close friends from high school.”

Have you seen the completed renovations?

“I have seen the finished renovations of the high school and think that the school looks great. I wish that it looked that good whenever I was there.”

Do you have any words of advice for current students?

“Don’t be afraid to meet new people because you will be surrounded by new faces for the next four years no matter what college you go to. I also want to state that you should definitely learn how to study without anyone being there to push you or wake up for class no matter how badly you do not want to because it’s your fault if fail out, nobody else’s.”
